However, some particular traits ought to be shown in the leader’s character since leadership is a fundamental factor in demonstrating the people’s orientation toward the ascendancy. Hence, some of these indispensable traits include the devotion toward the leader’s affirmation to respect the welfare of the nation, and his determination to build a country under the bridge of sanity and tautness.

            Initially, the leader swears after sitting on the country’s mountain to work for what seems beneficial to the people, so he had pledged the most significant deed in his life. Gradually, the good leader starts to comprehend and apply the values of humanity, and the bylaws of an affluent country, and esteems all the constitutional rights of the mankind… After that, he proceeds with putting all his aptitudes in the tide of his nation’s advancement. Nevertheless, what if the leader doesn’t yearn to make sense of his strategy, and maintains the rights of the residents on an inferior level? In fact, this sort of leader frequently faces a lot of antagonisms and insurgents from the public and sometimes he’s coerced to resign from his position. Though, the leader’s devotion toward his work is a requisite requirement to regard the person sitting on “the chair” as our leader. For instance, the action that would most arouse the community to battle its leader is outperforming his authentic work and the task at hand. Consequently, the person’s dedication toward his errands designates whether he could be put in the dictionary of leaders or not.

            On the contrary, the leader, even if his work is relentlessly interrupted by a lot of impediments, should be firm to ensure his spiritual deeds, and never ever think of resignation or reveal that he’s is not capable of serving a deluxe country, somehow to gain the public’s certitude and faith. Although the leader shouldn’t be prodigal, but make his steady trepidation avert toward the profit of the residents. For example, doesn’t the leader intend to build his perfect one? In fact, a lot of them do so, but only the one who gains the public’s dignity and allegiance is able to fulfill the citizens’ desires. Otherwise, if the leader doesn’t acquire the major public at his side, he will not be able to reach his target in flourishing his country, since the country-that is an aggregate of the inhabitants themselves-will not be in his hand. Therefore, the country is the populace, so if you gain the latter, you can gain the former and advance it… Moreover, the leader’s insistence to go his way in setting backs for the future of the authority, has a striking impact in training the situation of the community toward perfection; so here comes the debate. How would the leader satisfy the public’s wishes? Frankly, the issue doesn’t concern except some lucid action to put the public’s wishes on real ground. For example, the leader should act in wisdom and take into consideration all the public’s opinions and not just the ones related to a specific group of the country. Eventually what the leader needs to maintain a sophisticated country is to pursue a coherent strategy and a firm procedure.

            All in all, selecting the leader is a paramount element which totally relies on the self characteristics of this leader despite his family roots and his economic status. So “let’s point out the premium leader of all.”
